Shipping and Returns

 

Allow 1-3 business days before your order is processed and shipped. Canada Post standard shipping takes between 2-8 business days for domestic deliveries. Forever Kids Jewelry offers free shipping on orders over $35 to Canada and USA. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $100.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or need to exchange it, simply return it within 30 days from the day when the item was received. The item must be included with the box, unworn, new jewelry in original condition and all other components.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via Canada Post or whatever courier service was used. Forever Kids Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
